A massive explosion in a mountain of Dovre spells disaster for humanity as it awakens an ancient troll. Having awoken after a thousand years, this towering creature wreaks havoc on its surroundings and slowly makes its way to Norway’s capital. The authorities then appoint a skilled palaeontologist to deal with this immeasurable threat that has only ever existed in folklore.
