To mark this women’s day, we at Delhiites would like to give you a sneak peak into the lives of women extraordinaire who #breakthebias

1. What does International Women’s day mean to you ?

As women, we bring so much to the world around us. We lead, we nurture, we grow our societies and communities to make the world a better place. This day is a celebration of all the fantastic women out there as well as a moment of gratitude and reflection of our contribution to the world. The fact is that there are still inequalities that women have to face every day so this day is also a moment to bring to light those issues and create opportunities to address them.

2. What is your International Women’s day message ?

We as women need to believe in ourselves even when it seems like people around us don’t. Nothing is impossible to achieve for us. Keep shining!3.  What is your favourite movie with a female lead ?

I’ve been watching ‘The Crown’ recently and it’s been amazing to see the grit and determination that they have shown Queen Elizabeth portray. It’s inspirational to watch her navigate through leading a country from such a young age.

4.  Describe your idea of a perfect girls night out.

I’m lucky to be surrounded by some amazing women entrepreneurs, professionals and friends. A perfect night out consists of endless conversations about everything from professional to personal life and just being each other’s hype person!

5. What is the one thing that makes you the happiest ?

Seeing my work have a positive impact on the world.
