1. ALKALINE DIET
Alkaline diet, has some serious celebrity followers, which reportedly include Gywneth Paltrow, Jennifer Aniston and Victoria Beckam. This diet is based on the well-established fact that different foods affect the pH balance of our body differently. 4. MEDITERRANEAN DIET
Mediterranean diet is inspired by the traditional foods and drinks of the countries surrounded by Mediterranean sea. Mediterranean is not a mere diet, rather is a lifestyle to be followed which includes eating healthy food, daily activity and an occasional glass of wine. It focuses mainly on plant-based foods and replacing butter with healthy oils such as olive oil or canola.
5. DASH DIET

6. VEGAN DIET
Vegans go a step further than vegetarians as they exclude all animal based foods from their diet- including dairy and eggs.
