On 24th April, 2025, The Delhiites Group hosted one of the capital’s most iconic celebrations of culinary and nightlife excellence—the 8th edition of the Delhiites Food & Nightlife Awards, popularly hailed as Delhi’s own Food Oscars. Held at the grand Claridges, New Delhi, the evening brought together the city’s most influential names across hospitality, gastronomy, and entertainment for a night of recognition, revelry, and reflection.

This glamorous affair was presented by Dhall Food and Beverages, partnered by Silver Arrows Mercedes-Benz, and co-powered by Haance by Harrison, with The Claridges as the official hospitality partner.

The charismatic Ssumier Pasricha, accompanied by actress Sukhmani Sadana, led the evening as co-hosts, keeping the audience engaged with their wit and charm, while the atmosphere soared with a powerful live performance by Bollywood playback singer Shadab Faridi.

From luxury beverage innovators to celebrated restaurateurs, this year’s honourees reflected the depth and dynamism of Delhi’s F&B scene. Erawaan was lauded for its authentic Thai culinary experience, while Qavalli stood out as a premium venue championing the revival of live Qawwali.

Neha Gupta was recognised for her entrepreneurial prowess in the hospitality space, and Dinesh Arora was celebrated for his visionary contributions to the industry. The city’s love for biryani found a worthy tribute in Punnu Biryani, while Dhall Foods & Beverages continued its legacy as a leader in the luxury beverage segment.

A poignant highlight of the night was the Lifetime Achievement Award presented to Amit Burman for his monumental impact on India’s food and hospitality landscape. The honour was received on his behalf by his two children in a touching moment that brought warmth and heartfelt applause from the entire audience.

“These awards are a celebration of excellence, innovation, and unwavering passion in the food and nightlife industry,” said Deepak Sondhi, Chairman, Delhiites Group.

Once again, the Delhiites Food & Nightlife Awards lived up to their legacy—offering an unforgettable night where icons were honoured, legacies celebrated, and the future of Delhi’s gastronomic landscape toasted in style.
