MUDDY WATER

Ingredients:

1. MONKEY SHOULDER: 50 ml

2. MAPLE SYRUP: 10 ml

3. APPLE JUICE: 40 ml

4. APPLE PUREE: 5 ml

5. ANGOSTURA  BITTER: 2 ml

6. LIME JUICE: 10 ml

7. BRANDY: 10 ml

8. CINNAMON: 1 gm

9. APPLE & CINNAMON FOAM: 10 ml

10. APPLE SLICE: 1

Method:

1. Put all ingredients in mixing glass with ice, shaken it, strain and pour. Add Apple & Cinnamon foam on top and garnish with dehydrated Cinnamon dusted Apple slice & dash of Saffron and then serve.
