For those who love Pasta with a difference, you can’t go far wrong the ‘Grand fusilli with salmon strips. The deeply gorgeous Tiramisu is a key signature classic. Dig into silky layers of ice-cold, dexterously sweetened mascarpone cream fused with valiant flavours of coffee – a flawless indulgence. This recipe of Tiramisu doesn’t comprise alcohol, but the realism of taste is not negotiated. Espresso shots are used in its place to craft the same full-bodied flavour.
