• 1 cup water
• ½ cup chopped peeled fresh ginger

• 3 fluid ounces bourbon

Taurus – (April 20^th to May 20^th)

Recipe:

• 1 tablespoon sorbet such as raspberry, mango, cherry or orange
• 5 ounces chilled champagne or prosecco

Gemini – ( may 21^st to June 20^th)

Scorpio – (Oct 23^rd– Nov 22^nd)

Recipe:

• 2 Ounces bonded rye whisky
• ½ ounce Carpano Antica Formula (sweet vermouth)
• ½ ounce Cynar (Artichoke liqueur)
• ½ ounce Fernet-Branca (bitter herbal liqueur)
• 1 Ounce raspberry syrup.

Sagittarius – (Nov 22^nd– Dec 21^st)
