A tranquil all-day dining restaurant with a bar, cafe, and market all in the same space! The design amalgams retro-futuristic inspirations and understated traditional touches to create a stylish, modern and comfortable ambience. The cosy and striking Green Room hidden behind a curtain at the back of the restaurant also offers a more private experience. Essentially Indian yet definitely international. Inside its open kitchen, Chef Dhiraj orchestrates a culinary display for his diners to heighten their dining experience.

He vitrines Global Indian cuisine that for resident diners will arouse the reminiscence of something definitely acquainted yet excitingly new. On offer is comfort food and unusual dishes from across India. Presentation here is half the fun, as are dishes like the Champaran Meat, Sattu Paratha, Ole Ki Chutney.

Grab a Khus Vermouth Negroni and pair it with Gunpowder Idli, Golden Cashews. Highlights include a sous vide make your own gin counter and bottled house made liquors that guests can pair with spicy whole red snapper or Mutton Seekh Kabab, Hot Butter, Kashmiri Roti.

The Sweet Corn Khichdi is a giant standout, and the bottled Coffee Manhattan is a remarkable fragrant supplement. Instead of typical Indian desserts that Chef Dhruv admits aren’t always well received there are choices like Cheeni Malai Toast, Brioche, Honeycomb cream.

A refreshing change from the usual staple of Indian cuisine, Comorin is a delight to the exploratory palate.  Enthused by the hues and zests of India, it motivates guests to “Eat Mindful. Shop Artisanal. Raise Awareness”. It’s a space where you can toast the old times and celebrate the new.
