With a name so out of the box, ambience so rustic, music so indulging and food simply exceptional, Teddy Boy, a gastro-bar newly opened in Connaught Place is sure to become every foodie’s paradise. Umang Monga, along with the other co-founders of this quirky eatery started the ball rolling in fusion, taking up the challenge to cater to the diverse taste buds.

From the interiors to the food and drinks menu, Teddy Boy revolves a lot around mixing and matching cultures having spices substitute the diversity. The theme of the restaurant is inspired by the 1950’s-1960’s British era dating back to the time when the concept of gastro-bars kicked in. Built in a spacious area along with a rooftop seating, Teddy Boy welcomes its customers with a huge British flag painted on the wall.

Any weather, any craving, Teddy boy’s drinks menu is extensive enough to quench your thirst. Where most other restaurants drift their focus away from the drinks section letting domestic and international brands do the needful, the Teddy bar works on completely different lines. The main attraction being the Banta bar, it is tailor-made for Delhiites who savour flavourful Jaljeera and AamPanna. This banta bar also has some fun cocktails and mocktails on offer infused with the goodness of saffron, cinnamon, rose and pan. The Teddy 52 and Magical Cosmo molecular shots are also a chunk one would not want to skip.
